These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TravelBoard (travelboard.fun). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use TravelBoard.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate registration information.
TravelBoard is intended for users in the European Union / EEA and associated markets. We do not target or tailor the service to users in Russia.
We may refuse or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. Platform role

TravelBoard is a marketplace intermediary, not the organizer of the tours listed on the platform.

Organizers publish and manage their own tour listings.
Travelers find tour listings and contact organizers through the platform.
TravelBoard does not guarantee that any tour will take place, match its description, or meet your expectations.
Transactions or agreements between travelers and organizers are primarily between those parties.

External links: Organizers may link to third-party pages (social networks, booking sites, and similar). When you follow an external link, you leave TravelBoard. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or safety of third-party sites we do not control.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
One person or business entity per organizer account unless we approve otherwise.
You must notify us promptly of unauthorised access: support@travelboard.fun.

4. Organizer and traveler obligations

Organizers must

Provide accurate listing information (pricing, departure dates, locations, itineraries, descriptions, photos).
Respond to travelers’ messages in good faith.
Comply with applicable consumer protection, tax, and travel regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Not misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or the status of a tour.

Travelers must

Use chat and reviews respectfully and lawfully.
Not use the platform for harassment, fraud, or spam.
Understand that booking or joining a tour may be subject to the organizer’s own terms.

5. Tour listings and user-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing on TravelBoard, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the platform.

You must not post content that:

Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains hate speech, violence, or exploitation
Promotes dangerous or prohibited activities
Contains malware or phishing

We may remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice where required by law or platform safety.

6. Content moderation

We moderate tour listings, profiles, reviews, and messages to keep the marketplace trustworthy. We may, at our discretion:

Remove or hide listings that violate these Terms or law
Warn, restrict, or permanently ban users
Remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or off-topic
Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

Moderation decisions are not automated guarantees of safety. Report concerns via Support.

7. Reviews policy

Reviews reflect the opinions of users who interacted with an organizer through the platform.
Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience.
Organizers may publish one public reply per review.
We may hide replies or reviews that violate these Terms.
We do not guarantee that every review is verified against a completed transaction.

8. Payment terms (credits)

TravelBoard offers credits purchased via Stripe Checkout.

Credits keep an organizer’s tour listings published for the number of weeks chosen at publishing time, as described in the product.
Prices are shown before checkout in the currency presented by Stripe.
Credits are applied to your account after the payment is successfully confirmed.
You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Payment card data is processed by Stripe; see Stripe’s terms.

Credits are platform service units, not tour bookings or tickets. They do not represent the purchase of any specific third-party tour.

9. Refunds

Situation	Policy
Credits not applied after successful payment	Contact support@travelboard.fun within 14 days with your checkout reference. We will investigate and credit or refund as appropriate.
Duplicate charge	Full refund of the duplicate amount after verification
Change of mind after credits applied	Generally non-refundable unless required by mandatory consumer law
Tour cancelled by the organizer	Resolve with the organizer; TravelBoard is not the tour organizer
Platform outage preventing credit use	Case-by-case credit extension or refund

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in the EU/EEA.

10. Reports and complaints

If you see a tour listing, review, or user behaviour that violates these Terms:

Email support@travelboard.fun with subject Report
Include: page URL, type of issue (fraud, harassment, IP, safety, other), and description
We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days

Future versions may include an in-app report form.

11. Intellectual property

TravelBoard branding, software, and design are owned by the operator or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform except where permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viktor Vitulskyi is not liable for:

Acts or omissions of organizers or travelers
Tours not taking place as described
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data beyond our reasonable control

Mandatory consumer rights and liability rules in your country are not excluded.

13. Termination

You may stop using TravelBoard at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or legal requirements. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; certain provisions (liability limits, governing law, content licences for already-published material) survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Poland have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
