How it works
How it works
TravelBoard connects travelers who are looking for a trip with organizers who publish tours and answer questions directly.
For travelers
1. Find a tour
Browse the catalog by category or search by location. Every listing shows the price, departure dates, the itinerary, photos, and the organizer’s profile.
2. Check the organizer
Open the organizer profile to read their description and see their gallery, social links, and reviews from other travelers.
3. Get in touch
Sign in and send a message from the tour page. Ask about available dates, what is included, group size, and departure logistics before you commit.
4. Continue off-platform when needed
Some organizers link to their own booking or social pages. TravelBoard shows a notice before you leave — those sites are not controlled by us.
For organizers
1. Create an account
Sign up with email, or continue with Google or Facebook.
2. Become an organizer
Open Profile in the organizer workspace and choose Become an organizer. Add your public name, company details, and an optional gallery and social links so travelers know who you are.
3. Publish a tour
From Tours, add a new listing with photos, price, category, description, duration, departure dates, and the itinerary with its stops.
4. Answer travelers
Messages from travelers appear in Chat. Replying quickly builds trust and turns questions into bookings.
5. Buy credits when you need them
Publishing a tour uses credits, bought securely through Stripe. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
6. Grow your reputation
Collect reviews, keep your tours up to date, and archive the ones that are no longer running.
Platform role (short version)
TravelBoard provides the tools. Organizers run their tours. Travelers and organizers agree on terms directly, unless we state otherwise for a specific feature.
