What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, and (with your consent) measure usage or deliver marketing content.
How we manage consent
TravelBoard uses self-hosted c15t consent management (@c15t/backend). Consent preferences are stored in our MongoDB database on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm). We do not use c15t Cloud or transfer consent data to c15t third parties.
When required by your jurisdiction, a banner asks for your consent before non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choices at any time:
- Click Cookie settings in the site footer
- Open Cookie settings on this page (opens the preference dialog on demand — it does not open automatically when you visit this page)

Note: Analytics and marketing cookies are not currently enabled in production. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

These are treated with the same category rules as cookies above.
Third-party cookies
Some embedded content or payment flows (e.g. Stripe Checkout) may set their own cookies governed by the third party’s policy. Review Stripe’s privacy policy when completing a payment.
How to control cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies via browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features.
